Browser Form Filler (BFF) License of use

This license is a compulsory binding agreement between the purchaser

(defined further as "you", the "customer") and SoftARM.COM (defined

further as "we", "us"). This agreement will take power at the moment you

load our product "Browser Form Filler" (defined further as "program",

"software") onto your computer.

BFF is distributed as shareware. This means:

"software") onto your computer.

BFF is distributed as shareware. This means:

1. All copyrights to BFF are exclusively owned by SoftARM.COM

2. You may try this software during a test period of 30 days. If you decide

to keep BFF on your computer you must register it. This means, that

you must buy a license. It is strongly recommended to register BFF

within 30 days or less as soon as you find out that the program suits

your needs.

3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use

BFF on one computer (i.e. a single cpu) for any legal purpose, at

any time.

4. The BFF unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed,

provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company

may charge a fee for the distribution of BFF without written

permission from the copyright holder.

5. The SoftARM.COM is not responsible for any indirect, incidental,

special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue,

data or data use, incurred by customer or any third party, whether in an

action in contract or tort, even if I have been advised of the possibility

of such damages. (You MUST check all the forms filled out by BFF BEFORE

submit to ENSURE that forms are filled out correctly.)

6. This program is provided to you "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind

whether explicit or implied. We shall be held harmless in any event and

with any performance of the software. We will try, however, to rectify

any abnormal behaviour to the best of our knowledge, as soon as possible,

on an ongoing basis.

7. This program is provided as shareware with an option to register. This

means that you have 30 days to fully evaluate and check the software to

see if it fits your needs. If after that period you decide to purchase

a full version of the software, the purchase will be non refundable under

any circumstances, because we have no way of knowing you have

destroyed all copies of the software installed on your computer.
